Rules

Wireless internet is a shared form for connection. Some rules of use must be adhered for all users to get a positive experience.

1. No streaming of heavy content, that is video at higher bandwidth than 200 kbps.

2. No P2P, Bittorrent or any other form of filesharing. Neither other forms of filetransfer where the clientprogram opens more than one connection to transfer each file.

3. No exceesive usage. Use the net for what it meant. Dont leave streaming radio on when not listening. Close the connection when not using the net. Leave the bandwidth for other users.

4. Make sure your equipment and antenna is properly set up, bad connections also break the bandwidth for other users, not only yourself. If you have a bad connection, dont start big downloads.

5. Dont ‘hack’ computers on the net. The net is monitored and such activity will be punished with ban for life.

Adhere these rules and you as well as your fellow users will get the best benefit from the wireless network. If we discover anybody breaking the rules we will disconnect the session. The user can log on again, but this will be a sign of warning. We will give give two warnings, third time we close the account until we have spoken with the user. For severe situations there will be no warnings.
